In order for your request to be properly reviewed, it must contain:
Details of the information you wish to view (please be as specific as possible) We also ask you to provide your details such as your name and surname, postal or email address in order for us to notify you of your request.
According to Law 06/L-081 on Access to Public Documents, you are not required to provide reasons for why you are requesting access to public documents.
The officer responsible for access to public documents or the Information Office will respond to you within 7 days as provided for by the Law on Access to Public Documents. In this response that you will receive from the responsible officer, you will be informed about the granting, denial or partial restriction of your request, based on the Law on Access to Public Documents.
If you are not allowed access to the document, the Municipality will provide you with information about the reasons for the rejection of your request.
Against the decision to grant the request in full, in part or even in rejection, the applicant for Access to Public Documents may file a complaint with the Agency for Information and Privacy: https://aip.rks-gov.net/
